Responsibilities:

  • Lead Product Management at Ottopia, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Lead Program Management at Ottopia, including the management and tracking of several complex software/hardware integration projects with large accounts, from signing to successful completion.
  • Determine product needs, articulate our products’ vision & prioritize efforts by working with others.
  • Cultivate a strong partnership with Engineering and QA to champion agile methodologies while ensuring the highest standards.
  • Be extremely hands-on in writing and reviewing product requirements and documentation, "dogfooding" and contributing to technical design reviews.
  • Lead product planning, crafting a data-driven, outcome-focused roadmap that aligns with company strategy.
  • Improve and monitor product KPIs to ensure our software's outstanding performance in a variety of environments and with many types of hardware.
  • Manage and write the company's response to RFI and RFP processes in both large B2B and B2G processes.
  • Play a pivotal role in the company's leadership.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of B2B product management experience in a successful software company. Coming from startups or scaleups is a big advantage.
  • 3+ years of B2B and/or B2G program management experience in a successful company. Experience with software/hardware projects in complex real-time environments is a big advantage.
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team of product and/or program managers.
  • A professional software engineer or similar background is preferred, with an MSc or BSc in computer science or electrical engineering being a plus.
  • Technical experience from one or more of the following domains: Video Streaming, Cybersecurity, Enterprise IT, Cellular Networks, Embedded Systems, Robotics, Military or Automotive Applications.
  • Previous and successful experience managing or dramatically contributing to RFI and RFP responses in B2B and/or B2G.
  • A strong understanding of the modern software development lifecycle.
  • Fluent proficiency in English.
  • Strong communication, influence, and cross-functional collaboration skills; able to create clarity and drive focus in complex and dynamic contexts.
  • Willingness to travel internationally at least once every 8 weeks.
