The Director of Strategic Partnerships will be a key growth leader for UVeye, driving OEM/channel expansion and building the company’s emerging data monetization strategy. This role blends business development, partner marketing, and commercial strategy to grow UVeye’s footprint across automotive service and retail operations.

You will own UVeye’s most important OEM and network relationships—expanding existing partnerships, launching new channel programs, and elevating UVeye’s presence through events and dealer-facing initiatives. At the same time, you will lead the commercialization of UVeye’s rapidly scaling data lake, developing new revenue opportunities with automakers, tire companies, fleets, research organizations, and government-related partners.

  • Lead UVeye’s overarching strategy across OEM partnerships, channel programs, events, and data monetization to drive long-term growth and industry influence.
  • Deepen and expand relationships with major OEMs, identifying new commercial opportunities and guiding high-level negotiations across innovation, product, procurement, and executive teams.
  • Build scalable partner and dealer programs that strengthen UVeye’s presence in service lanes and retail operations, while creating consistent experiences across networks and regions.
  • Translate market insights and partner feedback into new channel opportunities, cross-network initiatives, and strategic programs that expand UVeye’s footprint.
  • Work closely with the CMO and executive leadership to elevate UVeye's positioning and thought leadership with OEMs, dealer groups, and broader industry audiences.
  • Lead UVeye’s data monetization initiatives by shaping commercial use cases, data products, and revenue models for OEMs, tire manufacturers, fleets, research groups, and public-sector partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, AI, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure alignment, cohesive messaging, and high-impact partner execution.
  • Represent UVeye at conferences, panels, OEM summits, and dealer events as a senior voice of the business.
  • Manage budgets for partnerships, events, and data initiatives while tracking KPIs such as revenue impact, network penetration, partner satisfaction, and program ROI.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in automotive, mobility, OEM partnerships, business development, or data-driven commercial roles.
  • Proven track record of building and managing relationships with OEMs, fleets, tire companies, or similar strategic partners.
  • Experience negotiating commercial agreements, pilot scopes, and design-partner relationships.
  • Background in channel marketing, events, or network-driven program expansion.
  • Strong understanding of automotive retail and service ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated ability to hit sales targets and create measurable revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, executive presence, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
