We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Implementation to lead UVeye’s customer Implementation organization, ensuring the seamless deployment of our systems across dealership clients. This role will oversee a team of Implementation Managers and the Site Readiness team, responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, operational readiness, and successful system installations. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong operational execution, fostering collaboration across Sales, Operations, Engineering and Customer Success to drive scalability and customer satisfaction.
A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Implementation team to ensure alignment with company goals and customer success objectives.
- Define and execute scalable Implementation strategies that drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee all dealership Implementation projects from contract signature through handoff, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
- Standardize Implementation workflows, documentation, and communication for consistent execution across regions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Customer Success to align on project goals and client transitions.
- Implement and optimize project management tools and systems to track progress, allocate resources, and measure performance.
- Anticipate risks, identify bottlenecks, and proactively implement solutions to maintain project timelines.
- Use data and client feedback to measure Implementation effectiveness, report key metrics, and continuously improve processes.
- Serve as a key stakeholder in aligning implementation capacity and readiness with sales forecasts and organizational growth.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in customer success, implementation, or operational leadership, including at least 3 years managing teams.
- Proven success leading large-scale onboarding or implementation programs for hardware or technology solutions in the automotive or dealership industry.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency with project management and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Asana).
- Strategic mindset with a passion for operational excellence, process improvement, and team development.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities and rapid scaling.
- Strong understanding of dealership operations and service lane processes is a plus
- Experience managing projects involving networking, electrical, and construction components is a plus

Compensation:
UVeye provides salary ranges that comply with the New Jersey State Law on salary transparency in job advertisements. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, skills, location, education, and operational needs. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentives or other forms of compensation or benefits. The annual base salary range for this position is $140,000 - 180,000 In addition, this position is also eligible for Bonus.
