We are looking for a meticulous and organized Service Supply Planner to join our Operations team.

** This is a full-time on-site position on our Norcross Atlanta site **

A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:

• Develop and maintain service schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization and shipment cost.
• Service Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels per spare part list demand, forecast requirements, and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure material availability.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with service team and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
• Demand Analysis: Analyze service demand forecasts and historical data to anticipate future production needs.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in planning and scheduling processes and implement improvements to enhance accuracy and productivity.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Production, Warehouse, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to address any bottlenecks or challenges in the planning process.
• Reporting: Prepare and present reports on supply service performance, inventory levels, and capacity planning to the Operations Manager and leadership team.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve scheduling conflicts or material shortages to minimize disruption to operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in Service Supply planning, supply chain, service planning, or a related role within a manufacturing or operations environment.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
