We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Team at our New Jersey Office. This role will focus on driving strategic HR initiatives, partnering with leadership to optimize workforce planning, and fostering an inclusive and high-performing work environment. The HRBP will provide expert guidance on HR best practices, employee relations, and compliance, while also playing a pivotal role in shaping organizational culture.
A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:
- Collaborate with leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives and support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, addressing and resolving employee relations issues to maintain a positive and productive workplace.
- Partner with teams to identify talent needs, support succession planning, and drive initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Lead and enhance the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all employees.
- Stay up to date on state and federal labor laws and ensure HR policies and practices are in full compliance.
- Leverage HR metrics and analytics to provide insights and recommendations that drive decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness.
- Support managers in implementing performance management processes and provide guidance on employee development plans.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures to align with best practices and company culture.
- Work closely with Payroll, Benefits, and other teams to ensure smooth HR operations and address employee concerns promptly.
- Provide support during organizational changes, helping teams navigate transitions and maintain productivity.
- Champion initiatives that promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging across the organization.
- Travel up to 10% to support HR initiatives and operations across various locations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on employee relations, talent management, and workforce planning in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in HRIS systems, with strong data analytics and reporting skills.
- In-depth understanding of state and federal labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to thrive in a scaling organization and drive HR initiatives with limited supervision.
