Position Summary:
The Director of Product Partnerships will drive UVeye's growth by establishing and managing strategic partnerships that lead to both product integrations and commercial collaborations. Acting as the primary liaison between external technology vendors and UVeye’s Product and R&D teams, this role will ensure seamless alignment between partner capabilities and UVeye’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership Development:
- Identify and build relationships with technology vendors in the dealership ecosystem (e.g., DMS, CRM, Communication platforms and others).
- Negotiate and establish partnerships that drive product integrations and unlock new commercial opportunities.
Product Integration Leadership:
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to design and execute product integrations that enhance UVeye’s offerings.
- Define integration goals, timelines, and milestones in partnership with internal Product and R&D teams.
Commercial Collaboration Enablement:
- Explore and develop joint go-to-market strategies with partners to maximize mutual value.
- Drive co-marketing, co-selling, and bundled solutions to enhance revenue opportunities for UVeye and its partners.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Serve as the primary liaison between external vendors and UVeye’s internal teams, ensuring alignment on objectives and deliverables.
- Facilitate technical discussions and troubleshoot challenges between partner engineering teams and UVeye’s R&D.
Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic partners.
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners, ensuring they derive value from the relationship and integration efforts.
Market and Industry Insights:
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to dealership operations.
- Provide insights to inform UVeye’s product roadmap and partnership strategies.
Performance Measurement:
- Define and monitor KPIs for partnership success, including integration performance and commercial outcomes.
- Regularly report progress and impact to stakeholders, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred).
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or product management roles, within the automotive dealership sector.
- Proven track record of delivering successful product integrations and driving commercial collaborations.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of API-based integrations
- Exceptional negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
- Ability to balance technical fluency with business acumen to align partnership goals with company strategy.
- Experience with dealership technologies (DMS, CRM, or related platforms)
