We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated IT Manager.

As our IT Manager, you will oversee and manage the entire Information Technology department and ensure that our company's technology systems are reliable, up-to-date, and meet its needs.

A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:

• Responsible for all IT systems and infrastructure at UVeye's facilities worldwide (production sites and offices).
• Manage global team - be in charge of mentoring and training, establish a KPI system, and drive continuous process improvement initiatives
• Managing company applications and subcontractors such as Salesforce, BI/ERP systems, Google, Slack, and other organizational systems.
• Continuous security improvements of applications and information systems.
• Design, develop, implement, and coordinate IT systems, policies, and procedures.
• Define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes and ensure the security of data, networks, and backup systems.
• Handle annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Establishing and supporting the organization's cloud-based applications and information systems and ensuring the right usage and best ROI.

• 4+ years of experience as a global IT Manager from a global hi-tech company.
• 8+ years of experience in the System Admin/IT field.
• Experience in leading and managing IT projects/ IS projects.
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience in IT systems, Microsoft and Linux OSs, networking, and servers.
• Experience with organizational systems such as Google Workspace, BI, salesforce, priority, etc.
• Proven experience in managing a fully cloud-based IT setup, including SaaS platforms for a variety of applications, organizational communication, data rooms, etc
• Excellent experience and knowledge of enterprise systems (MS 365 suite, cybersecurity solutions, networking and systems administration, Data storage systems).
• Excellent English.
• Good interpersonal skills and readiness to work in a challenging startup environment
