We are looking for an IT System Administrator to join our IT team

As our IT Sys-Admim you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the organization's employee's computing environment, installing, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading desktop hardware and software.

A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:

• Installation of new computers for company employees
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer operating systems, software, and hardware.
• Support Active Directory, G Suite, Office 365, Atlassian products, and Okta environments.
• Be responsible for onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Proactively identify trends in user issues to assist in continual service improvement.

• 3+ years of experience in Help Desk/IT support-related roles.
• Knowledge of Windows - Must. macOS/Linux - Advantage
• Basic familiarity with networking and protocols such as - TCP\IP, DHCP, and DNS.MCITP or CCNA
• Familiarity with hardware components (Laptops and PCs)
• Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Familiarity in ESXi and Vsphere management - Advantage.
• Familiarity with Firewalls and Switches (Cisco) - Advantage.
