The OEM Program Manager will be responsible for leading, managing, and coordinating all activities related to UVeye’s partnerships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). This role is critical in fostering strong relationships with OEMs, ensuring seamless integration of our solutions into their ecosystems, and driving program success. The OEM Program Manager will also be held accountable for achieving strategic OEM market penetration, ensuring UVeye’s solutions reach and gain adoption across the targeted OEM markets.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for OEM partners, collaborating closely with internal teams such as product development, customer success, and sales to deliver value to our partners and support the growth of UVeye’s business.

A day in the life and how you'll make an impact:



  • OEM Relationship Management: Serve as the main liaison between UVeye and its OEM partners, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships to ensure the successful adoption of UVeye solutions.
  • OEM Market Penetration: Drive and be held accountable for OEM market penetration by executing strategies that expand UVeye’s reach and influence within key OEM markets.
  • Sales Support and Engagement: Collaborate with sales teams to leverage General Motors (GM) connections and field representatives, supporting active sales cycles by arranging demo days and facilitating product showcases with General Motors (GM) participation.
  • Program Coordination: Lead and oversee all aspects of the OEM program lifecycle, including project planning, resource allocation, and execution, ensuring alignment with UVeye’s goals and OEM partners’ objectives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as product development, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure seamless execution and delivery of OEM programs.
  • Solution Customization: Collaborate with OEM partners to understand their specific needs and work with the product team to customize UVeye’s solutions to fit their requirements.
  • Data-driven Insights: Leverage data and market insights to provide OEM partners with valuable performance analytics, helping them benchmark results and identify areas for improvement.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track the performance of OEM programs using KPIs and metrics to ensure objectives are met, including market penetration goals, and propose adjustments when necessary.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any operational challenges or program issues in collaboration with the internal teams and OEM partners to ensure program success.
  • Customer Success Support: Partner with the customer success team to ensure OEM clients receive exceptional service, timely support, and a smooth customer journey from implementation to ongoing operations.
  • Program Reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed reports to internal leadership and OEM partners, summarizing program performance, milestones achieved, market penetration progress, and next steps.
  • Continuous Improvement: Work with stakeholders to continuously assess and improve OEM program processes, ensuring UVeye’s solutions are ahead of the curve in meeting industry standards and customer expectations.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably within the automotive industry or related OEM partnerships.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the automotive OEM space, with knowledge of key trends, technologies, and the competitive landscape.
  • OEM Network: Must have an established network within the OEM industry that you can leverage from day one to drive market penetration and program success.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to leverage data to track performance, generate insights, and optimize programs, with a focus on driving market penetration.
  • Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and drive program success.
  • Team Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with product, customer success, marketing, and sales teams to drive results.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.

Travel Requirements: Travel up to 50% of the time to various customer locations.
