We are looking for a Senior Financial Manager of Strategic Finance to join the FP&A team in our Teaneck, NJ office.

Role Overview

The Senior Manager - Strategic Finance will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy and decision-making across the organization. This individual contributor position requires a self-starter with exceptional analytical skills, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for various business scenarios
  • Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Provide insightful analysis and actionable recommendations to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance and commercial success
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
  • Prepare and present clear, concise presentations, financial reports, and KPIs for stakeholders

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • 5 years of total professional experience, including experience in one of the following:
  • Investment Banking
  • Management Consulting
  • Equity Investing
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of data-driven decision making
  • Strong commercial instincts and business acumen
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial software, and data visualization tools
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills

Required Skills and Attributes

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Very strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business drivers

Preferred Experience

  • Track record of success in a high-growth, fast-paced technology company
  • Experience with SaaS business models and metrics
  • Experience with Hardware businesses including inventory tracking and cost control
  • Knowledge of financial planning and analysis practices
