UVeye at ATL Airport - Seeking On-Site Vehicle Inspection Agents



UVeye is working with a rental company at the ATL airport, and we are looking for energetic on-site agents to join our diverse agency team. This is a temporary role through diverse staffing that could lead to a direct position over the next 8 weeks. Agents will assist with the vehicle condition report process during customer drop-offs and must be comfortable interacting with guests returning their cars. Agents will ensure customers sign off on any new damages incurred during the rental period, including potential repair costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with a team of UVeye and rental agents to greet customers and address any concerns or questions.
• Request customers to review and sign a digital condition report for their vehicle after drop-off.
• Show customers any identified damage on the vehicle upon request.
• Train rental agents on the vehicle inspection process.
• Report any system-related issues with UVeye to the designated contact person.
• Compare the UVeye condition report with the actual condition of the vehicle and document any discrepancies.
• Ensure strict adherence to UVeye’s safety requirements.



• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage confidently with returning guests.
• Comfortable using an iPad to navigate the vehicle condition report system.
• Own a smartphone for timekeeping purposes.
• A team-oriented mindset, working collaboratively with others.
• Ability to stand for long periods, walk significant distances and perform physical inspections of vehicles, including bending and lifting as required.
• A neat and professional appearance at all times is required.

Schedule and Pay Rates: We operate Sunday - Saturday with weekly paydays on Friday.

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | $15/hr
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM | $16/hr
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM | $17/hr
