We are looking for an Application Engineer to join the Product & Projects team in Israel to become an expert on UVeye's multi-disciplinary inspection systems.

A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:

  • Work with R&D disciplines (HW & SW) to define & develop new capabilities that meet customer needs & expectations.
  • Take part in developing complex computer vision algorithms (classic & machine learning) for both stereo imaging and anomaly detection.
  • Work with Customer Support & Engineering teams to transfer new products and processes from R&D to general availability readiness.
  • Own & Lead both Alpha & Beta activities of new products and features in customer sites, either from onsite and remotely.
  • Lead R&D matrix work in Agile methodology to help achieve product roadmap on time and in quality.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Engineering (Biomedical / Mechanical / Electrical, or related fields)
  • 2 years of experience as an Application/Validation Engineer working on multi-disciplinary systems.
  • Leadership and execution capabilities.
  • Excellent English and Hebrew.
  • Willingness to travel to customers sites in the US

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience working with Linux.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in the automotive industry
