Description

Upstream delivers a cloud-based, AI-powered data management platform purpose-built for connected vehicles, smart mobility, and the IoT ecosystem. By leveraging mobility data, Upstream empowers customers with advanced, AI-driven applications across various use cases, including proactive vehicle quality monitoring and detection, cybersecurity detection and response (XDR), misuse detection, usage-based insurance, and more.

Upstream is looking for an experienced marketing automation manager to join our Marketing team and build strategies to fuel our qualified lead pipelines, engagement, and brand awareness for our solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and hands-on experience of the digital marketing and automation landscape and a proven track record in scaling startups. We are big Hubspot fans!

In this role you will be tasked with building strategies for email marketing and nurturing campaigns, build complex workflows for lead funnels and scoring, intent scoring, marketing programs tracking, advanced analytics and more. The goal is to ensure our marketing processes are visible, optimized and effective, and provide the best possible support for our global sales teams.

This role is full-time and is based in Herzliya, Israel.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a detailed marketing automation strategy to increase qualified leads, as well as build effective scoring and intent indications across various marketing programs.
  • Drive the development and execution of targeted account-based marketing strategies, primarily via email marketing, encompassing account list development, targeted marketing tactics, and effective measurement of results.
  • Manage our company's website, including managing the website developers and designers, and continuously optimize to ensure optimal visibility and engagement.
  • Drive success by developing and creating advanced analytics capabilities and to monitor campaign performance, effectiveness, online engagement, awareness, and more.
  • Work closely with our BRD team and sales executives worldwide to collaborate on marketing and campaigns, analytics and reporting and ensure we meet our goals.
  • Collaborate with our internal security teams to ensure all our digital assets and content are secure.
  • Build a strong foundation across the entire team and foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 4+ years hands-on and deep experience with Hubspot (expert level), Wordpress, and Google Analytics – a must.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; native English is a big advantage.
  • Experience working in a cybersecurity start-up – advantage.
  • Independent thinker and executor with a passion for technology.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced global culture.
  • Results-oriented, with a track-record of metrics-driven success.
