Description
Upstream is looking for a service-oriented and super positive individual to be an Office Admin & PA to our CEO and focus on supporting the local operations.
As an Office Admin you will be responsible for assisting and overseeing the administrative operations of the company.
This role is part time and is Herzliya based.
Responsibilities
- Overlooks office reception, welcomes visitors to the office
- Act as the first point of contact for our CEO
- Scheduling meetings and calendar appointments as needed
- Miscellaneous tasks to support our employees and managers at all levels
- Purchase office supplies and equipment
- Perform other relevant duties when needed
- Support ad hoc and ongoing projects on all relevant admin aspects
Requirements
- 2+ years of PA experience at a Hi-Tech/Startup company
- Service-oriented, positive, proactive, and solution-focused attitude
- Native English speaker
- Confidential, loyal and dedicated person
- Organized with strong project management and strategic planning abilities
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Strong Microsoft office skills
