Description

Upstream is looking for an outstanding Head of Revenue Operations to join the Upstream Business team and play a pivotal role in driving our growth and aligning all revenue-generating functions to our strategic goals.

As a Head of Revenue Operations, you will report directly to the company’s Chief Business Officer, and work closely with company management, sales, marketing, business development, customer success and finance teams. Your role will focus on optimizing the systems, processes, and tools that drive sales, and customer success.

With your expertise in data, systems, and strategy, you will empower these teams and key stakeholders to achieve revenue targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

This is a unique opportunity to lead RevOps at a rapidly growing company, transforming the future of automotive & smart mobility cybersecurity and data management.

This role is full-time and is based in Herzliya, Israel.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a RevOps strategy to align sales, marketing, and customer success with our business goals.
  • Build and oversee revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and key performance tracking systems.
  • Optimize and manage Salesforce, and other sales and forecast tools to ensure data hygiene, seamless flows, reporting, and team alignment.
  • Develop and execute the company’s comp plans, in collaboration with management and finance.
  • Develop and implement scalable processes and tools to drive efficiency across all revenue functions.
  • Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to support go-to-market strategies and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve account management and customer retention.
  • Participate in initiatives around pricing, offering, and performance optimization to maximize revenue potential.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations (or Sales Operations) at high-growth B2B SaaS companies/startups.
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling RevOps teams in high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing Salesforce (‘super admin’ level), including integrations and advanced reporting, master in Excel & Google Sheets.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, marketing (e.g. hubspot) and business intelligence tools.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with tactical execution.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills, is a must.
  • Familiarity with the cybersecurity, data management, and/or automotive technology space is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
