Technical leadership role owning end-to-end quality across the company. Drive quality accountability across all R&D teams through technical excellence, not just process.

You embrace change and new technologies. AI doesn’t make you better—you make AI better. You have real experience building with AI coding tools like Claude Code or Claw, and you know how to leverage them to multiply your impact.

Responsibilities

• Own quality standards and accountability across all R&D teams
• Define and enforce quality gates for release readiness
• Build and maintain test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
• Develop testing tools and infrastructure (Python, AWS)
• Drive quality culture across the engineering organization
• Travel to the US for team meetings and client engagements

Requirements

• 10+ years as a software developer (backend, DevOps, MLOps, and/or QA)
• AI-native builder — proven experience building with Claude Code, Claw, or similar AI development tools
• QA orientation — proven quality-driven mindset, thinks about edge cases and production readiness
• Embraces change — thrives in fast-moving environments, quick to adopt new tools and approaches
• Strong Python skills
• AWS and cloud infrastructure experience
• Test automation and CI/CD pipeline experience
• Tech stack: APIs, MongoDB, Grafana, messaging queues
• Ability to drive standards across teams
• US travel required
