Full Stack Engineer

Location: Flexible / Hybrid — Palo Alto, CA

We’re looking for a skilled and versatile Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll contribute to both frontend and backend systems, make architectural decisions, and help shape the future of our platform. This is a unique opportunity to work on impactful solutions at the intersection of Generative AI, real-time data, and enterprise-scale applications.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

• Build responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular)

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into high-quality code

• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of component libraries and design systems

Backend Development

• Design, build, and maintain scalable APIs and microservices using Node.js, Python, Java, or equivalent technologies

• Develop database schemas, optimize queries, and manage data integrations

• Integrate third-party services and ensure security best practices, including authentication and authorization

Architecture & DevOps

• Collaborate on technical roadmap and architectural decisions

• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment infrastructure

• Monitor application health, identify issues, and implement long-term solutions

• Participate in code reviews to uphold engineering quality standards

Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams in an agile development environment

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team

• Participate in technical discussions and champion engineering best practices

• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 4–7 years of professional software engineering experience

• Strong understanding of Generative AI tools and frameworks

• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python

• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, Angular) and state management

• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture

• Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)

• Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative workflows

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

• Passion for continuous learning and keeping up with emerging technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

• Experience with testing frameworks and test-driven development (TDD)

• Familiarity with performance optimization, logging, and monitoring tools

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation

• Exposure to message queues and event-driven architecture

• Prior experience in mentorship or technical leadership roles
