Our mission is to foster trust and transparency whenever a vehicle changes hands.The RoleThe Client Partner serves as a strategic advisor, working closely with clients to understand goals and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, optimize processes, and reduce costs through Ravin AI’s solutions. They drive growth within existing accounts by expanding engagement and introducing additional products/services.What You’ll Do- Drive revenue growth by managing customer relationships and leading sales efforts to expand adoption.- Strengthen relationships across client organizations and increase awareness of Ravin AI’s capabilities.- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer objectives.- Collaborate with product, R&D, and operations to tailor solutions and drive impact.- Maintain high customer satisfaction and deliver continuous value.What We’re Looking For- 5+ years as a Client Partner focused on revenue growth.- Experience selling complex software (preferably in motor insurance) and working with AI-driven/technical solutions.- Track record of closing large enterprise-wide deals; strong communication and presentation skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities; willingness to travel within Australia and APAC (up to 50%).Nice to Have- Background in vehicle inspections/repair/fleet management; hardware-based AI; cloud/network/data analytics.Why Join Ravin AI- Work with cutting-edge AI; fast-growing startup with global footprint; collaborate with top-tier insurance providers; competitive salary and growth opportunities.
