Main responsibilities: Strong UX background with a good eye for interface design and ability to conduct user research. Own design output for Ravin’s mobile web application and desktop software. Work closely with customers, product management, and business development to validate thinking and optimize tools for different use cases. Collaborate with front-end, backend, data science, and QA to deliver designs. Create product experiences that users love and that make inspections faster and more trustworthy. Be hands-on with detailed design to ensure ideas turn into products users love. Skills and experience: 5+ years designing complex software products, working with dev teams, and shipping to real users through full lifecycle; excellent communication, collaborative, comfortable in startup environment, autonomous and proactive; comfortable with distributed teams across Israel, Europe, and US; willing to travel for in-field research; bonus if worked on B2B AI/ML/computer vision or automotive; proficient with tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, UserTesting.com; day-to-day languages English and Hebrew (Russian a bonus).
