Main responsibilities: ● Strong UX background with a good eye for interface design and ability to carry out user research. ● Own the design output for Ravin’s mobile web application and desktop software. ● Work closely with customers, product management, and business development to validate thinking and optimize tools to different use cases. ● Collaborate with development teams (front end, backend, data science) and QA to turn ideas into reality. ● Create product experiences that users love; make vehicle inspections faster and more trustworthy; get into detailed design work to ensure delivery. Skills and experience: ● 5+ years designing complex software products; shipped multiple products/features end-to-end from discovery to production. ● Excellent communication skills; articulate ideas to technical and non-technical audiences; highly collaborative. ● Comfortable in a startup environment; work autonomously and proactively. ● Comfortable working with distributed teams across Israel, Europe, and the US. ● Willing to travel for in-field customer research. ● Bonus: experience with B2B AI/ML/computer vision products and/or automotive sector. ● Proficient in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe Suite, UserTesting.com). ● Working languages: English and Hebrew; Russian is a bonus.
