To achieve this, we cultivate an open, inclusive, and diverse organization that prioritizes customer success and industry impact.The Role:The Client Partner serves as a strategic advisor, working closely with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and priorities. By developing deep relationships and gaining insight into their operations, the Client Partner identifies opportunities to enhance efficiency, optimize processes, and reduce costs through Ravin AI’s solutions. This role requires a strong ability to articulate the value of our technology, differentiate its capabilities, and build a compelling business case for adoption.Beyond maintaining relationships, the Client Partner is responsible for driving growth within existing accounts by identifying new business opportunities, expanding engagement across different teams and stakeholders, and introducing additional products and services that align with customer needs. With a consultative approach, they ensure that clients maximize the value of our AI-powered vehicle assessment technology, ultimately positioning Ravin AI as a trusted partner in the motor insurance ecosystem.What You’ll Do:• Drive revenue growth by proactively managing customer relationships, identifying opportunities for Ravin AI’s solutions, and leading sales efforts to expand adoption.• Strengthen relationships across client organizations by engaging with new stakeholders and increasing awareness of Ravin AI’s capabilities and value proposition.• Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with customer objectives, business priorities, and market opportunities.• Collaborate with internal teams, including product, R&D, and operations, to ensure solutions are tailored to client needs and drive measurable impact.• Build deep industry knowledge to position Ravin AI as a trusted partner, offering insights and solutions that enhance customer efficiency and decision-making.• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring seamless implementation, ongoing support, and continuous value delivery, turning clients into strong advocates.• Work closely with marketing to enhance Ravin AI’s market presence through thought leadership, case studies, and industry events.What We’re Looking For:• 5+ years of relevant working experience as a Client Partner, responsible primarily for revenue growth at client accounts.• Experience in developing strong, long-lasting relationships with customer C-Levels, key business partners, and stakeholders.• Experience working with AI-driven or technical solutions and translating complex technology into business value.• Experience selling complex, core software solutions, with a focus on the motor insurance industry and eco-system (carriers, supply-chain)• Experience identifying new opportunities from consultatively listening to the customer and understanding business needs.• Experience closing multi-million dollar, enterprise-wide software and services solution deals.• A successful track record of revenue and profit growth as a Client Partner in a software company.• A history of successfully working through the entire sales lifecycle, including negotiations and deal closing.• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.• Ability to serve as a trusted liaison between the customer and Ravin AI• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive cross-functional collaboration.• Willingness to travel within Australia and APAC (up to 50% of the time).Nice to Have:• Background in vehicle inspections, repair or fleet management.• Hands-on experience with hardware-based AI solutions.• Technical expertise in cloud-based applications, network infrastructure, or data analytics.Why Join Ravin AI?• Work with cutting-edge AI technology that is transforming the insurance and automotive industries.• Join a fast-growing startup with a global footprint, serving customers across North America, Europe, and APAC.• Collaborate with top-tier insurance providers and industry leaders to drive digital transformation.• Competitive salary and opportunities for career growth in a rapidly evolving market.
