Flexible hybrid working; expected in Haifa office at least 2 days/week. Main responsibilities: Play a major part in both pre-sale and post-sale processes. Work closely with clients worldwide to build strong relationships. Translate business development requirements into technical elements. Participate in planning to ensure all required technical building blocks are considered. Work closely with Development, QA, Infrastructure, and Backend teams to deliver SOW within budget, timelines, and customer satisfaction. Hands-on involvement in ad hoc system integration. Manage all technical communication with clients until handover to operations and support. Be part of technical customer success; leverage successful implementations to upgrade and upsell. Requirements: 3–5 years of software/integration projects (customer-facing). Hands-on integration of frontend, backend, infrastructure. System engineer advantage. Experience with project management tools. Personal qualities: Great interpersonal and communication skills; problem solving and analytical skills; team player; well organized; “can do” approach; English at native level with experience delivering projects internally; sales oriented.
