In this role, you'll drive our global hiring strategy, lead and develop the recruiting team, and build scalable, data-driven processes to support our business growth.Your day to day will include:Lead and execute the global recruitment strategy, aligned with business goals and hiring priorities.Manage, mentor, and develop a global recruiting team, while supporting the growth and establishment of teams across international markets.Partner closely with executives and hiring managers to drive hiring plans and workforce planning.Develop and deliver hiring manager training, including structured interviewing and candidate assessment.Define and track recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire, pipeline conversion rates, offer acceptance rates, and quality of hire.Optimize recruiting processes and systems, leveraging ATS, HRIS, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes.
