We are seeking a seasoned Software Group Manager to lead and mentor our talented teams. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of our products by driving innovation, enhancing user experiences, and delivering high-quality solutions that align with our vision. You will play a key role in fostering collaboration across teams and ensuring the successful execution of impactful projects.

Your day to day will include:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop team leads, as well as backend and frontend engineers, fostering technical excellence and innovation to advance our flagship products.
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to shape and prioritize product features, driving product success.
  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive and high-volume environment, ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Support and enhance existing use cases while building new features to improve our client-facing dashboard.
  • Build complex products and implement architecture solutions for a high-quality user experience.

You’d be a good fit if you have:

  • 7+ years of managerial experience of at least 4 teams.
  • B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and best practices.
  • Expertise in CI/CD concepts and their implementations.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining large-scale production systems with public cloud providers such as AWS.
  • Strong understanding of Kubernetes principles with hands-on experience.
  • Foster collaboration, ownership, and innovation while aligning teams with company goals and leading by example.
