We are seeking an MIS Manager to oversee our information systems and business
applications. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large systems and
supporting organizational goals through effective system solutions. You will play a key
role in optimizing business processes and ensuring the smooth operation of our
information systems infrastructure.
Your day to day will include:

• Manage, maintain, and enhance the company’s information systems and
  business applications
• Oversee the implementation and integration of new systems to meet business
  needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that system solutions
  support business objectives
• Develop and monitor system performance metrics to ensure efficiency and
  effectiveness
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to minimize downtime
• Lead initiatives to improve the scalability and reliability of the information
  systems
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
• Designing, developing, documenting, and executing business processes across
  the company’s information systems

You’d be a good fit if you have:

• 3+ years of experience managing large-scale systems and business
  applications
• Strong knowledge of information systems and their role in supporting business
  processes
• Experience with business applications for Finance, Marketing, Sales, and
  Production tools like Netsuite, HubSpot, Arena, or similar
• Familiarity with BI tools like PowerBI or similar
• Experience in both large enterprises and growing startups
• Experience with ServiceNow or a similar platform is an advantage
• ITIL Certification is an advantage
• Proven track record in system optimization and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
