NoTraffic is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office
Manager. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and
organizational support, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. You
will play a crucial role in managing calendars, coordinating appointments, and
assisting with various office tasks to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Your day to day will include:

  • Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing
    office supplies, equipment maintenance, and ensuring a clean and organized
    work environment. Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and organize meetings
    and interviews, including preparing agendas, booking venues, arranging
    equipment etc
  • Communication Management: Handle incoming and outgoing communications,
    including phone calls, emails, and written correspondence
  • Assist with company’s shipping
  • Be the focal point for employees operation issues such as travel, equipment,
    special needs
  • In charge of US employees welfare, presents for holidays, office events etc
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating events, conferences,
    and social gatherings. Manage logistics, invite guests, and arrange catering
  • Promoting employee welfare and creating a supportive work environment
  • Act as a point of contact and maintain effective relationships with employees,
    partners, colleagues, and other stakeholders

You’d be a good fit if you have:

  • at least 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Problem solver
  • Excellent Communication Skills to effectively interact with executives,
    colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to
    handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in
    managing documents, scheduling, and handling confidential information
  • Technology Skills: Proficiency in using office software such as word processing,
    spreadsheet, and presentation tools. Familiarity with online collaboration tools
    is beneficial
  • Discretion and Confidentiality: Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and
    handle sensitive information with utmost discretion
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, handle
    unexpected situations, and work well under pressure
  • Professionalism: Demonstrate professionalism, a strong work ethic, and a
    positive attitude when representing the executives and the organization
  • Problem-solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve
    issues independently or with minimal guidance
