We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated to join our dynamic team as the focal point for our Intelligent Transportation Systems products. As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a critical role in driving and supporting the development of our products, ensuring product delivery in good quality while meeting requirements.

Your day to day will include:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Hardware, IoT core, Mobility Flow’s Optimization, Cloud and Detections teams, to support various products within the Intelligent Transportation Systems domain
• Work closely with the VP of Product Management and VP of R&D to ensure consistent delivery of high quality, on-time products supporting Products Roadmap and business needs, while considering technical feasibility
• Play a key role in defining processes and adapting development methodologies Manage key programs end-to-end, including overseeing contractors and leading NPI for consistent product delivery
• Identify potential risks and issues in the development process, proactively creating mitigation plans and ensuring their successful implementation
• Project Tracking: Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, and effectively communicate project status to stakeholders

You’d be a good fit if you have:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in technical product management, system engineering, or system architecture of highly technical products
• Possess a strong background and experience in multidisciplinary domains such as Hardware, Mechanical Engineering, Networking, Embedded Software, and security
• Proven track record of working across multiple teams and delivering platform-wide solutions, fostering a collaborative and cohesive work environment
• Demonstrated ability to understand both business and technology aspects, effectively working with stakeholders and developers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences effectively
• Adept at learning new and complicated fields from scratch, enabling seamless adaptation to emerging challenges
• Lead by example, motivate team members, and facilitate open communication to achieve project goals
• Strong analytical skills to identify challenges and find creative solutions in complex technical environments
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, such as Scrum, to drive iterative and incremental development
• Ensure high-quality deliverables by implementing rigorous testing and validation processes
