Job Title: Senior PMO Manager

Job Overview:

We are a fast-growing startup seeking an exceptional Senior PMO Manager to lead and refine project management practices across critical functions. This role will oversee multidisciplinary projects involving R&D (electronic boards and software development), engineering, operations, manufacturing, mechanics, and field applications. As a senior leader, you will play a pivotal role in aligning projects with strategic goals, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure projects align with company goals, contributing to scalability and operational success.
  • Project Governance: Define governance frameworks to monitor timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for all projects.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, operations, engineering, and field teams to meet technical, quality, and time objectives.
  • Risk & Change Management: Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies while managing changes in scope or priorities.
  • Process Innovation: Design and implement tools and workflows that enhance efficiency and team collaboration.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Deliver clear, actionable updates to leadership and ensure alignment across departments.
  • Mentorship: Build and sustain a high-performing project management culture by mentoring junior team members and driving collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience leading high-impact, multidisciplinary projects in dynamic environments (startup and enterprise experience preferred).
  • Expertise in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Monday, or equivalent.
  • PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma certifications are highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage complex technical projects involving R&D, software, operations, and manufacturing.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
