As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the definition and execution of our product strategy, from market research and competitive analysis to strategic roadmap planning, product life cycle, MRD and PRD. Working closely with R&D, sales, and marketing teams, you will play a critical role in shaping our product offering to meet market demands and ensure our solutions stay ahead of the competition.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Roadmap –

  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Translate customer needs and market trends into clear product requirements.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis –

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer pain points, emerging trends, and competitive threats.
  • Analyze competitor offerings and position our solutions to maintain a competitive edge.

Cross-Functional Collaboration –

  • Work closely with CTO and R&D teams to ensure product features and specifications align with market needs.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and messaging.

Customer Engagement –

  • Engage directly with customers, particularly in the military UAV market, to gather feedback and validate product concepts.
  • Support sales efforts by providing technical and strategic product insights during customer meetings.

Travel Requirements –

  • Participate in customer visits, industry events, and trade shows as needed, both domestically and internationally.

Qualifications:

  • Mandatory –
  • At least 5 years of experience as a product manager at a hardware products company, with a track record of success in both small and large organizations.
  • Proven background in the military UAV market.
  • Hands-on knowledge of GPS and navigation solutions for UAVs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering.
  • Preferred:
  • Sales and marketing experience.
  • Experience and knowledge in the precision-guided munitions market
