Company Overview:

Join an innovative Israeli startup at the forefront of navigation and GPS protection solutions for UAVs. As one of the first and most critical hires for our new U.S. branch, you will play a pivotal role in establishing our presence in the U.S. market. Reporting directly to the President of infiniDome USA, you will work closely with customers and partners to drive the integration, testing, and support of cutting-edge navigation solutions for UAV applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support:

• Provide technical pre-sale support to assist customers in selecting the right solutions.
• Deliver post-sale support, ensuring seamless product implementation and resolving customer challenges effectively.

2. Integration and Testing:

• Lead the integration of navigation and GPS protection solutions into UAV platforms.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure optimal performance in diverse operational environments.

3. Field Engineering:

• Collaborate with customers on-site to diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Train customer teams on product functionality and best practices for system integration.

4. Business Development Support:

• Work closely with the sales team to provide technical insights and demos to prospective clients.
• Act as a technical liaison, bridging the gap between customer requirements and R&D teams.

5. Travel Requirements:

• Frequently travel to customer sites, partner locations, and trade shows across the U.S. to provide hands-on support and foster strong relationships.

Qualifications:

1. Mandatory Requirements:
2. Proven hands-on experience with UAV integration, GPS systems, and navigation solutions.
3. Deep technical knowledge of UAV platforms and associated hardware/software systems.
4. Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to resolving technical challenges.
5. Preferred Qualifications:
6. Military background, particularly with UAV systems.
7. Location: East Coast, USA (Preferred)
8. Experience working at or with U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) prime contractors.
9. Familiarity with GPS protection technologies and secure navigation systems.
