A start-up company in Caesarea that’s developing GPS protection and resilient navigation solutions tailored to make next gen autonomy (UAVs and vehicles) safe by protecting them from jamming attacks.

We are looking for…

  • Collaborating with stakeholders and departments
  • Ensuring processes and methodologies are followed
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for production lines
  • Conducting configuration control and component engineering
  • Leading quality assurance in collaboration with the Quality Manager
  • Managing ATS (Automatic Testing Stations) and improving production processes
  • Investigating faults and managing MRB (Material Review Board) and CAR (Corrective Action Report)
  • Establishing work procedures and control systems

Responsibilities:

  • NPI manufacturing engineering production tests
  • Integrating DFx considerations into product design
  • Creating and implementing product files in the production line
  • Providing Tier 1 support for manufacturing
  • Monitoring and improving production line quality
  • Enhancing cost reduction and yield improvement, including reliability tests
  • Leading problem-solving teams for process yield and reliability failures
  • Investigating production problems and customer complaints, conducting root cause analysis
  • Managing equipment qualification, process validation, and calibration procedures

Requirements and basic Experience/ Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of Electronics HW boards level design.
  • Experience with technical documentation.
  • Knowledge in Engineering Systems/tools: Priority, OrCAD CIS, Excel.
  • Education: Electronics Engineer / Electronic Practical Engineer Degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: at least 5 years of related experience. Past experience in hands-on electronics boards repair.
  • Strong team skills. High capability of working in small, cross-functional teams and task forces.
  • High level of English.
  • High capability of multi-tasking and delivering under pressure.
  • ERP and Productivity Software: Experience with Priority ERP – advantage.
  • Work is on-site in Caesarea (relevant applicant are between Tel Aviv and Haifa).
