About the position

Hailo is seeking an experienced and execution‑driven Channel Sales Manager (APAC) to scale revenue and design wins through distributors and VARs across the Asia Pacific region. This role is critical to expanding Hailo’s commercial footprint by enabling, managing and accelerating our channel ecosystem in key markets.

Based ideally in Taipei, this individual will act as the central point of ownership for channel performance in APAC — driving pipeline creation, partner engagement, and win‑rate execution, while working closely with HQ sales, marketing, applications engineering, and operations teams.

This is a hands‑on role for a commercially minded channel leader who understands how to translate silicon innovation into sustained revenue through partners.

Responsibilities

Channel Revenue & Pipeline Ownership (Primary Responsibility)

  • Own and grow Hailo’s APAC revenue and design‑win pipeline through channel partners
  • Drive quarterly and annual channel revenue forecasts and pipeline coverage
  • Actively manage deal progression from early opportunity through design‑in and production ramps
  • Enforce design‑registration discipline and manage partner‑led opportunities end‑to‑end

Partner Management & Enablement

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage semiconductor distributors and embedded VARs across APAC
  • Serve as the primary commercial interface for assigned partners
  • Enable partners with clear value propositions, target accounts, and vertical strategies
  • Ensure partners are fully trained on Hailo products, positioning, and sales motions

GotoMarket Execution with Partners

  • Develop and execute joint business plans (JBPs) with key distributors and VARs
  • Align partner activities with Hailo’s priority verticals (industrial, consumer, vision, robotics, etc) and regional growth initiatives
  • Support partner‑led demand generation, customer engagements, and field activities
  • Collaborate with marketing on regional campaigns, events, and partner programs

CrossFunctional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Field Application Engineers to support technical engagements
  • Coordinate with HQ sales and operations on pricing, supply, and account strategy
  • Provide structured feedback from the field on product gaps, competitive dynamics, and partner performance

Regional Market Intelligence

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the APAC semiconductor and embedded ecosystem
  • Track competitor activity, distributor dynamics, and customer priorities
  • Inform regional strategy with actionable insights from customer and partner interactions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in channel sales, distribution management, or partner‑led revenue roles
  • Strong existing network within semiconductor and embedded distributors and VARs in APAC
  • Demonstrated success scaling revenue through indirect sales models
  • Solid understanding of semiconductor, AI, embedded, or edge‑compute markets
  • Experience managing complex design‑win sales cycles preferred
  • Comfortable operating in a global organization with HQ in Israel
  • Willingness to travel regionally across APAC as required
