In This Position
We are looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Marketing & Sales Development Manager to be our first marketing hire in Asia, based in Taiwan.
This is a hybrid role combining sales development (inside sales) and regional marketing execution, with a strong focus on supporting and enabling our channel partners to build a robust pipeline for Hailo products.
As the first marketing presence in the region, you will play a key role in driving demand generation, supporting partners, and building marketing foundations across Asia, while working closely with both HQ marketing and local sales leadership.
Responsibilities
1. Sales Development & Channel Enablement (Primary Focus)
- Drive pipeline generation through and with channel partners across Asia. Work closely with partners to identify target accounts and opportunities, help partners convert interest into qualified opportunities, and track funnel performance
2. Partner Marketing Support
- Ensure partners are equipped to effectively position Hailo solutions and support with marketing collateral including presentations, demo materials, campaign assets, and more. Help tailor global messaging to local market needs
3. Events & Training Execution
- Support the HQ marketing team in planning and executing regional events, trade shows, and partner activities
4. Content & Digital Marketing
- Support social media activity, create and localize content including posts, short videos, customer stories and campaign assets. Assist with website updates and localization. Ensure consistent and relevant regional presence online
- Provide feedback from the field to improve marketing effectiveness
6. General Marketing Operations
- Support various ad hoc marketing initiatives as the region scales. Help establish processes, tools, and best practices for Asia marketing. Contribute to building the long-term regional marketing strategy
Requirements
- +5 years of experience in B2B marketing, sales development, or partner marketing
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin – mandatory
- Additional languages – a plus
- Experience working with Hailo ecosystem partners – strong advantage
- Experience working with channel partners / ODMs / distributors – advantage
- Background in technology (semiconductors, AI, embedded, or similar) – preferred
- Proven ability to drive pipeline or support sales outcomes, not just brand marketing
- Experience working for a multinational B2B company headquartered in Europe / US / Israel – advantage
- Hands-on, self-starter mindset
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work across cultures and time zones
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Basic content creation skills (presentations, posts, simple videos)
