We are looking for a highly skilled Junior backend engineer to join our team and work on developing Foretify Manager: a product used to verify autonomous vehicles and driver assistance systems.

In this position you will work closely with other developers, field application engineers, and other stakeholders to design and implement new features, improve existing functionality, and ensure the quality and scalability of the software.

What will you do:

• Work closely with your team and other R&D members to identify, define and analyse software challenges, and to design and implement solutions.
• Work fully hands-on in coding, debugging, testing.
• Take part in the development of a web-based architecture.
• Tackle and resolve algorithmic software challenges.
• Learn new domains, tools and languages.
• Use AI agents to create high-quality artifacts such as design documents and code

• BSc. in Computer Science, high GPA, high grades in relevant courses
• Working knowledge of at least one high-level programming language (C++/Python/Java)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, good communication.
• Self-learner, highly motivated, self-paced.
• Versatile mindset, capable of seamlessly transitioning between diverse tasks, languages, and domains.
• English speaking, reading and writing at a high technical level are required.

Advantages:

• M.Sc. or above in Computer-Science.
• Experience with big data tools and workflows.
• Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and analytical (OLAP) databases.
• Experience with Claude Code / Cursor / Co-pilot as part of the development cycle
