Description

Define and develop solutions for automating Automated Driving Systems development workflows spanning AI training, verification & validation, and evaluation using Foretellix products.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand, capture, and analyze the requirements and main use cases for the development of Automated Driving Systems focused on AI Training, Verification, Validation, and Evaluation.
  • Define and develop optimized workflows for AI Training, V&V, and Evaluation of Automated Driving Systems using Foretellix products.
  • Develop reference workflow kits, examples, and documentation to help facilitate knowledge transfer to AEs and customers on the solution workflows and the associated methodologies.
  • Define and develop methodology based on the best practices of how to develop scenarios and evaluators, including KPIs, coverage, and checks needed to support a Safety Case for those systems.
  • Work with Product Management and R&D to help drive the product roadmap and priorities to streamline these workflows and solutions.
  • Work with Application Engineering to continually understand how customers adopt our solutions to improve the solution for the best possible user experience.

Requirements

  • Experience in the ADAS/AV domain (ideally with SAE L3 systems or above), V&V, testing, and simulation.
  • Experience in agile development processes, ideally in a Product Owner, Product Engineer, Product Manager, or Systems Engineer role.
  • Experience working with scripting languages like Python, and code repositories like GitHub.
  • BSc or above in the areas of Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or other related fields.
  • Have excellent human relationship skills, as well as excellent listening, and teaching capabilities
  • Be communicative and fluent in English, both verbal and in writing.
  • Be a team-player, resourceful, and professional.

Advantages:

  • Knowledge in Software Engineering with some experience on ASAM OPENSCENARIO 1.X or 2.x and/or in programming using languages like Python or C++
  • Employee in one of the companies developing ADAS and AV systems, or one of the companies serving them.
  • Knowledge and experience working with ADAS/AV Simulators.
  • Experience with Functional Safety, SOTIF or other safety related standards and/or in standards defining test requirements for ADAS/AV systems.
  • MSc or above in the areas of Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or other related fields.
