Drive TLV has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Office Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position, 5 days a week from the office.

This position is well-suited for a highly organized individual who can work independently and isalso a team player. The ideal candidate should demonstrate attention to detail, possess good time management skills, and a high level of written and spoken English and Hebrew.

The role is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace, with the opportunity to work closely with the company's Founders and OperationsManager.

RESPONSIBILITIES ⟶ Ongoing maintenance and management of the office and its facilities, ensuring the smooth operation and organization of the company workspace. ⟶ Providing ongoing support to the Drive team and assisting the various start-ups, including Drive residents. ⟶ Personal assistant duties for the Founders, including coordinating their calendars and scheduling. ⟶ Supporting and organizing company events, including happy hours, birthdays, team-building days, travels and holiday celebrations. ⟶ Hosting local and international delegates and guests. ⟶ Managing office expenses, including recording and documenting them, and maintaining close communication with the accounting department. ⟶ Regular correspondence with Drive’s corporate partners and start-ups.

REQUIREMENTS ⟶ High level of written and spoken English is a must. ⟶ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. ⟶ Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ⟶ Excellent time management and communication skills.
