As the Marketing Analyst at D-ID, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven marketing strategies and initiatives. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to provide actionable insights that contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze marketing, sales and product data, including user acquisition, customer lifecycle, conversion rates, product use and customer retention.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide insights on market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Stay updated with the latest marketing data analyst best practices and technologies, incorporating them into our growth strategy.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor messaging and strategies based on customer segments.
  • Evaluate marketing efforts' return on investment (ROI) and recommend optimizations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product to align strategies and goals.
