D-ID is seeking a dynamic and technically adept Pre-Sales Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for performing Proof of Concepts (POCs) and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and value of our products to potential customers, in addition to providing technical assistance and support to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.

General Responsibilities:

Technical Demonstrations: Lead engaging POCs and demonstrations, effectively highlighting the unique capabilities and value proposition of our products to potential clients.

Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our products and stay updated on industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.

Customer Engagement: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, particularly with sales and product development, to understand customer requirements and tailor presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products.

Customer Support: Take ownership of providing expert technical assistance and support to our customers, ensuring prompt and proficient resolution of their queries and concerns.
