Cye is building a Deal Desk function to serve as the organizational hub for our most complex and strategic deals. We are seeking a Deal Desk Specialist to own the end-to-end deal cycle for Strategic Accounts, Private Equity (PE) portfolio companies, and RFP-driven opportunities – from kickoff, through quoting, contracting and vendor onboarding, to signature, booking, and handover to Finance.

This role sits at the center of the revenue organization, working hand in hand with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to make deals faster, smoother, and more consistent across regions. You will be the go-to person who makes sure every strategic deal has what it needs to close and that nothing falls between the cracks once it does.

Responsibilities

    • Deal Coordination – Coordinate Strategic, PE, and other complex or non-standard deals with Sales and Customer Success, from kickoff to fulfilment.
    • Quoting & Pricing – Set up Accounts and Opportunities in Salesforce; prepare quotes, technical appendices, and RFP responses.
    • Contracts & Vendor Onboarding – Manage NDAs, MSAs, DPAs, and redlines with Legal; complete vendor forms, questionnaires, and portals.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Gather the materials and information each deal needs from Legal, Finance, and other teams.
    • Deal Tracking & Reporting – Keep deal and onboarding statuses current in Salesforce and provide analytics for Strategic and PE accounts.
    • Closure, Booking & Billing – Get contracts signed, book the deal, hand over to Finance, and confirm when the customer can be billed.
    • Process & Repository – Maintain the Deal Desk playbook, templates, and central document repository.

Qualifications

    • 1+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Contract Management, Project Management or Revenue Operations in a global company.
    • Fluent English is mandatory, both written and spoken. Additional languages are considered an advantage.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple complex deals in parallel.
    • Strong communication skills and confidence working with both internal stakeholders and customer procurement, legal, and finance teams.
    • Ownership mindset and results-driven mentality, with the ability to prioritize and drive deals to completion.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a process optimization mindset.
    • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Willingness to work flexible hours to support our global team.

Nice to have

    • Legal background (paralegal or certified attorney) or hands-on experience with commercial contracts
    • Understanding of quoting, pricing, approval, and billing processes
    • Familiarity with Salesforce and/or a CPQ tool
