CYE is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives and ensure the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional projects. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams to drive planning, execution, and delivery—ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from planning through execution and delivery
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Track departmental OKRs to ensure alignment with company goals and strategic priorities
  • Create and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery—including sprint management, planning, and tracking
  • Drive effective communication and alignment across engineering, product, and business teams
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution
  • Lead technical projects to assist engineering teams with environment setup, coordinating legal, partnership, and logistical aspects as needed
  • Oversee procurement processes and vendor relationships, including invoice processing and cross-functional coordination as needed

You'll be a fit for this role if you

  • 3 years of experience managing technical projects in a SaaS, cybersecurity, or tech environment
  • Strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including cross-functional alignment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Technical proficiency, including the ability to engage with vendors, understand requirements, and set up technical environments for product testing
