Cye is seeking a Product Manager with a passion for building and developing cutting-edge cybersecurity and cybersecurity risk quantification products. This role requires a hands-on approach, translating ideas into roadmaps and features, and following product development from start to finish. We are looking for an individual contributor and a product leader with a strong background in data and analytics products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a product roadmap that drives growth, innovation, and competitive differentiation.
- Define and prioritize features and enhancements in the product roadmap.
- Conduct market and user analysis, competitive research, and customer feedback analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure the success of product development, launch, and adoption.
- Become a market expert and understand our customers’ and prospects’ requirements and expectations.
- Define, monitor, and analyze key product metrics to evaluate product success.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a B2B product management role. You have done this before, experienced success, and want to take your product skills to the next level.
- Strong business intuition and judgment, including the ability to be customer-facing and articulate the value proposition for new features.
- You feel natural with user interface, API, and dashboards. You have defined metrics in the past and you have managed data products in your previous product role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Passion for delivering products that create customer value.
- Experience building analytics products and data-based products. Experience using big data, analytics, and AI products is a big advantage.
- A background in cybersecurity is a big advantage, as is a background in cyber risk products or other insurance products that quantify risk.
- A degree in computer science or engineering is an advantage.
