CYE is looking for a Cybersecurity consultant with high costumer abilities potential and a understanding of offensive and defensive security. As a Cybersecurity consultant, you will manage global-wide security processes, take a leading role in penetration testing activities on networking/application/cloud and other elements that will help evaluate and improve our customers’ security level. In your role, you will align business needs to security needs, identify security vulnerabilities and risks, and offer viable plans to mitigate them. Responsibilities
- Lead global organization security assessments to increase the security posture
- Perform reviews on various technologies and help identify risks and security flaws along with recommending mitigations plans.
- Escort mitigation plans and design practical implementations for security issues
- Research and advocate for new security solutions and technologies
- Security by design - review and recommend modifications to enterprise solutions based on security best practices
- Conducting threat modeling for complex enterprise solutions
- Be a leading focal point for cybersecurity topics in an enterprise working with a wide range of stakeholders
- Ensure global enterprise changes adhere to security best practices
- Lead global security projects to strengthen the enterprise’s cyber security posture
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience with securing large organizational networks, including security controls (e.g., AV, EDR/XDR, DLP, Device control, etc.)/OS hardening/ network devices’ security, etc.
- Practical experience in consulting services and risk assessment (client facing roles)
- Good knowledge in security network architecture, Domain/cloud environment security, Endpoint protection, and Security framework (MITRE OWASP), Application security knowledge (advantage)
- Experience in Scoping and understanding abstract concepts from a cyber security perspective - advantage
- Independence & self-learning capability
- Ability to present simple and coherently technical structures and security gaps to stakeholders
- Experience in managing projects in an enterprise ecosystem
- Practical experience with SaaS security and SaaS vendor assessment
- Eager to learn from our experienced team and use the skills you earned to make an impact
- Practical experience with at least one cloud environment - AWS, Azure, GCP - a significant advantage
- A proven high level capability in written and spoken English
