CYE is seeking a Director of Product Management with a proven track record in building and developing cutting-edge cybersecurity products. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. This role requires a hands-on approach, translating ideas into roadmaps and features and following product development from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a product roadmap that drives growth, innovation, and competitive differentiation
- Define and prioritize features and enhancements in the product roadmap
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers
- Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and customer feedback analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities
- Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure the success of product development, launch, and adoption
- Become a market expert and understand our customers' and prospects' requirements and expectations
- Define, monitor, and analyze key product metrics to evaluate product success
- Build a GTM (Go-to-Market) plan with marketing, customer success, and sales
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in a product management role involving cybersecurity products
- Strong leadership skills with at least 3 years of experience managing product managers
- Proven experience with SaaS products for large enterprises
- Strong business intuition and judgment, including the ability to be customer-facing and articulate the value proposition for new features
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Passion for delivering products that create customer value
- Experience building and using big data, analytics, and AI products - an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering; MBA is an advantage
