CYE is seeking a risk and data product manager who will manage the data science modules in the platform, including cybersecurity risk. The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. This role requires a hands-on approach, as well as the ability to translate ideas into strategy and features and follow product development from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the product roadmap, drive ideation and planning
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape user stories, features, and end products
- Drive the ideation, planning, development, and launch of the data-driven modules
- Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
- Become a market expert and understand the requirements and expectations of our customers
- Manage features through the release process and GTM in close collaboration with the engineering team
- Be the evangelist for communicating product benefits and drive adoption across the customers
- Create and implement KPIs to evaluate product and team success
- Perform competitive analysis
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with data science
- 4+ years of experience in product management roles in SaaS cybersecurity products
- Experience building/using risk management, big data, analytics, and AI products
- Passion for delivering products that create customer value
- Proven experience with SaaS product for large enterprises
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working across functional groups, including marketing, sales, R&D, and customer success
- Experience in working in Agile methodology
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering. MBA - an advantage
- Excellent teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with multi-functional and multi-disciplined teams
