CYE is looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). As the CRO, you will be responsible for overseeing the revenue generation strategies and sales operations. You will play a critical role in driving growth and establishing a strong market presence. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company's revenue strategy, encompassing sales and customer success, to achieve revenue goals and drive business growth
  • Lead and build a high-performing revenue organization, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous overachievement
  • Define and implement sales processes, methodologies, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive sales effectiveness and productivity
  • Manage the annual revenue budget, forecasting, and reporting on revenue performance to the executive team and board of directors
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments to expand the customer base and revenue streams
  • Establish strategic partnerships and alliances to drive revenue growth and enhance market position
  • Collaborate with product management to align product development and positioning with market needs and revenue objectives
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights to inform revenue strategies and gain a competitive advantage
  • Foster a customer-centric approach, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience of progressive experience in revenue-focused roles on a global scale
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving startup environment
  • Strong background in cybersecurity with a deep understanding of industry trends
  • Experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in a SaaS and service environment
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, strategic selling methodologies, and pipeline and forecast management
  • Extensive knowledge of indirect partner strategies
  • Exceptional technical aptitude to effectively communicate complex solutions
