We are recruiting a Finance Manager to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the company’s daily financial operations, including accounting, payroll, billing, and cash flow.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Review and approve the global payroll processing to ensure accuracy, compliance with local regulations, and timely payment to employees.
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Monitor key financial metrics, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, tax regulations (VAT, Sales Tax, etc.), and company policies.
  • Manage relationships with auditors, banks, tax advisors, and other external stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the finance and accounting team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA – mandatory).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in finance, accounting, and taxation.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Excellent understanding of accounting principles (IFRS and US GAAP).
  • Proficiency in financial systems, ERP software, Salesforce and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • High integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
