Bringoz is seeking a talented, hands-on individual to manage daily operations, on a part-time basis, during a maternity leave period. We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, who is people-oriented, service-minded, and detail oriented.

Bringoz is a growing startup that provides a SaaS-based delivery logistics platform for shippers and carriers with end-to-end, scalable delivery and planning infrastructure, enabling them to compete in today’s demanding landscape.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Track and follow up on employee evaluations
  • Monitor employee attendance, vacation days, and sick leave
  • Provide assistance with monthly employee payroll reporting
  • Manage the HR budget
  • Handle billing and customer invoicing processes

Requirements:

  • HR Experience, particularly with onboarding, offboarding and monthly reporting. Additional HR experience is an advantage.
  • High-level English and Hebrew proficiency, both written and spoken
  • Proactive & Service-oriented
  • Highly organized, ability to prioritize, attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes
