Product Manager position:
As an Inbound Product Manager, you will be responsible for the specification, definition, and on-time delivery of major functions and features of Bringoz products.

Bringoz is a SaaS-based delivery logistics platform that provides shippers & carriers an end-to-end, scalable delivery infrastructure, enabling them to compete and scale in today's demanding landscape. Bringoz Platform serves mid-market, large, and enterprise customers across the globe, providing a modular solution for managing their last-mile and distribution logistics operations.
The Product Manager role includes:
- Lead internal process to define the product roadmap and priorities based on the company’s strategic goals.
- Create product requirements, use cases, epics, and user stories.
- Look for potential improvements on the product and the different workflows and define them.
- Manage a detailed and prioritized product backlog.
- UX understanding - Create wireframes and work with the design team.
- Research and analyze the users and the product competitors.
- Manage and set expectations for development teams, customers, and analysts.
- Regularly communicate with architects, engineering, and members of other teams.
- Support the development team – answer questions, clarifying requirements and problem solving.
- Gather customer’s feedbacks, and create tasks accordingly.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, specifically in building and shipping B2B applications or software.
- Team player with the ability to lead an end to end processes.
- Have an interest in technology and a passion for delivering cutting-edge products.
- Excellent soft skills, particularly in fostering positive relationships and communicating effectively across teams.
- Analytical abilities - creative problem solver with attention to details.
- Experience and practice in agile/scrum methodology.
- A technological background, either in development or data analysis, is considered beneficial.
- Fluent English – mandatory.
