Description - Brightmerge is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our innovative team. This position will act as the senior developer for the Brightmerge platform, working closely with product management to build and enhance features effectively. The role involves determining how to incorporate features and functions into both the backend and front end of the Brightmerge platform, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.

**Job Experience Requirements **

   • Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in Python, GitHub, and Amazon Web Services (AWS).•    Data Science Acumen: Familiarity with data science methods and tools, essential for integrating complex features into the platform.•    Experience with LLMs: Knowledge and experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) to leverage advanced machine learning capabilities.•    Senior Development Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a senior development role, with a total of 5-10 years of overall software development experience.•    Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills to manage development work efficiently.•    Effective Communication: Ability to work and communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams.
