At Autofleet we support the world’s largest vehicle fleet operators and transportation providers to optimize existing operations and seamlessly launch new, dynamic business models - driving efficient operations and maximizing utilization

We are looking for a highly strategic, execution-driven VP Operations to report directly to the CEO. This is a key leadership role focused on increasing the CEO’s impact by helping drive cross-functional initiatives, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring alignment across the executive team.

You’ll serve as a trusted advisor and force multiplier, operating at the center of decision-making and helping turn strategy into action.

What You’ll do:

• Act as a thought partner and strategic advisor to the CEO across a range of business and organizational topics.
• Drive high-priority initiatives end-to-end from planning and execution to tracking results.
• Coordinate and prepare materials for executive meetings, board updates, and company-wide communications.
• Serve as a central point of contact across departments to facilitate clear communication and execution.
• Anticipate the CEO’s needs and help manage priorities, time, and focus.
• Lead or support special projects, often of confidential or high-impact nature.
• Act as an internal problem-solver and unblock critical issues before they escalate.

• 5+ years of experience in strategic operations, consulting, business leadership, or executive support.
• Hands-on experience in building and managing SaaS products.
• Proven ability to work closely with senior leadership in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A self-starter with high integrity, discretion, and a proactive mindset.
• Proven proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Experience in the tech/startup ecosystem – a strong advantage.
