We’re looking for a Strategic Sales Engineer to join our global team. This role combines technical expertise with strategic sales skills to drive growth, deliver tailored solutions, and cultivate strong customer relationships across diverse regions and markets.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Global Growth: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed revenue targets across multiple regions.
  • Deliver Technical Excellence: Present, demo, and lead POCs for Autofleet’s cutting-edge solutions to showcase value and adaptability.
  • Expand Market Reach: Build and manage a robust global pipeline, securing new clients and expanding partnerships with existing customers.
  • Provide Expert Consultation: Assess and address the technical needs of diverse clients, creating customized solutions and proposals.
  • Respond to Opportunities: Manage RFPs and RFIs by providing detailed technical and commercial documentation.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Act as the primary liaison between clients and Autofleet’s implementation teams to ensure seamless delivery and success.
  • Enable Sales Teams: Train and support the global sales team on technical aspects of the product to enhance deal conversions.
  • Ensure Customer Success: Manage ongoing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term value.
  • Contribute to Product Growth: Offer insights and feedback for continuous product innovation and sales engineering process improvement.
  • Optimize Pricing Strategies: Develop and refine pricing strategies based on diverse customer environments and global market conditions.
